Jornally · time tracking and time allocation to projects
Working time records as required by article 34.9 of the Spanish Workers’ Statute, with time allocated to projects and reporting for funded projects.
- Clocking in from the browser, the phone or a kiosk with a PIN, a QR code or a card.
- An unalterable record: a correction deletes nothing, it creates a new version and leaves the previous one in plain sight. That is what an inspection asks for.
- Absences and working calendar, with public holidays by region, municipality and work centre.
- Allocation to projects and export for reporting to Horizon Europe, Erasmus+ or CDTI.
- Reports and official export for the labour inspectorate.
