Our people

The people at Jaitek are the foundation of the company. We work to principles of commitment to quality, effectiveness, creativity, cooperation and respect for one another, in a working atmosphere that makes room for good humour, cheerfulness and ease in how we treat each other.

There are two professional profiles at Jaitek:

• The educational profile. Made up of professionals from education, pedagogy and psychology, with classroom experience at any level and a grounding in technology and e-learning. The profile is rounded off with Windows and Linux, or Windows and Mac OS X, a good command of the internet, and English.
• The technical profile. Made up of professionals from engineering and computing, with an interest in education and training, and a grounding in educational technology and e-learning. They also know their way around server administration, and English.

Methodology

Jaitek starts from a set of principles that shape how it works as a company:

• A way of working based on cooperation, collaboration and connectivism as the basic forms of learning and communication.
• Working as a network, as the way to open channels of communication that make continuous training and the exchange of experience possible.
• Learning is a lifelong human process and, as such, part of an active approach that enables personal and professional growth through continuous retraining and study.
• Just as the ideas of training and education evolve, so we should note the importance of digital technology as an active element, more present all the time, within the way people learn today.
• Access to digital technology for more people, companies and groups, working to narrow the digital divide.
• Using digital technology as a means rather than an end in itself, to help create learning networks with room for the whole community.

Jaitek has also developed a quality system in which the work is a process of continuous improvement and in which the objectives and priorities answer to the needs of our clients and of the people on our team.

That quality system is a feedback loop between satisfaction, remuneration and the results produced for our clients.
