The principal objective of this association is the unemployed teenagers integration by training and advices to find a job. In many countries, more teenagers are finishing his training in the college and see how they can not access to the job market after their graduation. This is considered as one of the most important social and economic mundial problems.

In many countries, unemployed people do not have enough habilities (basic knowledge of computing, speaking foreign languages, basic knowledge to properly write a resume, etc...) to get a job or do not know how to find a job.

First of all, by a survey, we will determine the unemployment rate and the working opportunities in each one of the Association member's countries (Germany, Spain and Turkey), next, we will prepare a webpage to gather people who are looking for a job and the employers...

In second place, we will bring professional support to our clients to solve their problems by seminaries done by expert people. Along with unemployed teenagers, our objective group will be unemployed people and our objective will be encourage this people to start their own job and train their habilities, directing to the professional training courses.
